photosmart c410
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an older photosmart c410 and am trying to scan from the device using the app on the computer to "pull" the scans through.   We misplaced the USB cable a long time ago, and I am getting the error that in order to convert from a USB scanner to a wireless scanner I need to have the USB cable attached.  Well, as I don't have the USB cable, how do I scan wirelessly? Yes, I could scan to a USB device, but I don't want to have to transfer the data every time. thanks

Thanks, but after a number of tries, I successfully re-installed the drivers and am able to scan wirelessly from the HP Solutions Center.

You will need a Printer USB cable like this to make the conversion.
