Hi @DanMin,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

To remove an unwanted computer from the HP OfficeJet Pro 8720's control panel, you can follow these steps:

Access Printer Settings:

  • On the printer's control panel, tap on the Settings or Setup option.

Navigate to Network Settings:

  • Go to Network Settings or Wi-Fi Settings, depending on your model.

Open Devices or Manage Devices:

  • Look for an option like Manage Devices or Wi-Fi Direct Devices (if applicable). Here, you should see a list of connected or previously connected devices.

Select the Device to Remove:

  • Tap on the unwanted computer's name or IP address, then select Remove or Forget Device to disconnect it from the printer.

Restart the Printer:

  • To ensure the settings are updated, restart your printer.

If the computer still appears or if there’s no option to remove it from the control panel, try accessing the printer’s Embedded Web Server (EWS) through a browser.

Keep me posted for further assistance
