All of sudden my scanner & copy from my hp photosmart 4200 series starting printing all black. ive tried everything possible. unfortunately  am still running windows 10 and dont know if my printer will work better if i switch to windows 11.  my printer is 10 years old and works great, but not sure why all of sudden it's not printing the correct colors when scanner/copy.  when i print from my computer, the correct colors print.  no help from hp support unless i pay, which i refuse.  why all of sudden this is happening? wish computers would stop updating whats not broken...very frustrated.

HP Recommended

If the copy is black then it's hardware printer failure, nothing software/update related.
