I need help with my printer. It stop faxing and says that it's busy.  The paper won't feed to fax.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are getting a line busy error while faxing, I will be delighted to assist you here.

 

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • Did you make any changes to the fax settings?

Meanwhile, follow the below steps to fix this issue:
 

Perform a power reset

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector and printer.
  6. Turn on the printer.

If you are still facing issues please try Factory reset:

Restore the printer network settings from the printer control panel 

1. From the Home screen, touch (Wireless) and then touch (Settings). 
2. Touch Restore Network Settings, and then follow the onscreen instructions. 
3. Print the network configuration page and verify that the network settings have been reset.
