when I try to scan something to email, I always get the message that printer can not connect to web services. The server might be busy or temporarily unaavailable

@rdiaz636, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are not able to scan to email.

 

Did you make any changes to the settings?

If not, it could be that the HP server is down. Try again after a couple of days.

 

If the issue persists, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Cannot Connect to Web Services
