Product: HP Officejet 4500 All-in-One Printer - G510g
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

My hp Officejet 4500 won’t make copies from the glass or feeder.  

It prints docs  from email,  word docs, etc.

It’s not a hardware problem
