The rollers that feed the paper to print are not functioning.  Tried to troubleshoot via HP website, which advised cleaning rollers so they would feed paper.  This didn't help.  Determined that rollers are not rolling.   The gear that should be "fixed in place" on the rod is not fixed in place any longer.

Yes, I have looked closely at the roller arm that drops down onto the paper and the rubber wheels are not turning. It sounds like something is turning but its not turning the wheels that are directly against the paper. I have cleaned everything that I can reach just like the video suggested but that has nothing to do with helping the wheels to turn to feed paper into the printer. I am a pretty handy person so if there is a way to get a better view of the gears which make wheels turn to pick up paper I am willing to try about anything. This printer has not even gone thru its first ink cartridge.
