Product: HP OfficeJet 5212 All-in-One Printer

im having this issue off and on it scans one day and then it doesn't another day and it seems to do it when I really need it. its keeps saying this function is unavailable and I know it is because I've used it and every time I contact support its in returns start working I need support immediately right now
