Printer suddenly won't scan to email.  I have completed every single task in the steps provided by the fix app, twice.  Reinstalled, uninstalled, updated drivers and software, manually changed IP address, restarted router, computer, printer and nothing.  For some reason it keeps saying it is not connecting to the network, even tho when I run the wizard it shows connected. Printer is 4 years old.  Should I just give up?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are unable to scan to email

 

I see that you have tried most of the steps.

 

We can perform factory defaults on the printer and try and set up scan to email.

 

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
