Product: HP Officejet 4636 e-All-in-One Printer

Suddenly the printer won't turn on anymore. 
No error signals, no movement from where it's always been, no bumps, nothing.
I tried the suggested solutions (unplugging and turning on the printer, changing the power cord, etc.) but no results.
What can I do other than throw the printer away and never buy an HP product again?
