when i scan or copy the printing come color green,i can't find the problems inks are okay wireless pc printer okay--

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.

Normally this happens when the colour cartridge blends the colours.Remove the colour cartridge and wipe the nozzles lightly with tissue paper.Then retry the print.Hope this will help.

If possible replace the colour cartridge and see if that solves the problem.Hope that helps.

i found the problem the black cartrage was bone dry,i am sory to everybody,i won;t do again thanks anyway---jc
