Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Using the HP EWS, I'm trying to change the default Copy Tray to Tray 2.  Currently locked on Tray 1.  When I try to make the change, I get, "The operation failed. Please verify your configuration and try again".  Everything looks OK, so I don't know where to go to change the configuration.

Conflicting settings might be the issue. Typically the machines will not save settings if they are incompatible. For example,  your copy defaults are set to legal but tray 2 has letter sized paper configured, the system will not allow you to save that because there would be a conflict. That is one example but gives you an idea of things to look for.

Tried your suggestion.  looked at all of the settings and nothing seems to be different or out of place.  Anything else to try???  Thank you.
