Product: Hp smart tank plus 650
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have installed HP smart app on my iMac. I am sending faxes fine from my computer through the printer.

However, I can't see how to set my printer up to received faxes directly onto my computer - there appears to be no option I the hHP Smart application form me .

 

Please can anyone tell me how to do it or what other software I need?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the  "how to receive fax" issue. 

 

Are you using the HP Smart app to send faxes?

 

If yes, then Mobile Fax is for sending faxes only.

 

Refer to-Send Faxes with the HP Smart App

 

If no, refer to -How to Fax
