@K9ABCs,

Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

It is not possible to get the data since the printer doesn't has an in-built memory. 🙂

If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,

Followed by clicking on "Accept as solution" from the drop-down menu on the upper right corner,

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Forum.  Have a great day!

Hello K9ABCs,

Saved copies of emails would only be on the computer in the email program, from which the messages were created and sent.

The printer only prints what is sent to it from your email program (say MS Outlook) and has no memory for print/scan jobs performed.  So if you never saved or have deleted "Sent Messages" from you email program, they no longer exist.

I am not an HP employee; just searching for helpful answers for queries on the forum.

A reply is greatly appreciated, if suggestions help or not, as the multitude of volunteers on the forums respond to lots of queries, which requires a great deal of time.  Good luck.

Hello again K9ABCs,

If you were interested in just the total pages scanned, you could print a Printer Status Report, which will list the number of pages printed and number of scans.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04527091 entitled HP DeskJet, ENVY 5640, 5660 Printers - Printing Self-Test Pages

Print a Printer Status Report to make sure that the hardware functions correctly.

  1. Make sure that there is S. letter or A4 size, unused, plain paper in the input tray.
  2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display, and then touch the Setup icon ().

The Setup menu displays.

  1. Swipe the display, and then touch Reports.
  2. Touch Printer Status Report.

Note there are several reports which are valuable to know about.
