Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am trying to save a multi-page scan as a pdf file.  My machine is a printer/scanner/fax all in one.  The scan is saved only one page per file, and it won't let me save it as a pdf at all.

I recently reinstalled the operating system on my computer, and I had to reinstall the printer device driver software.  Until I did the reinstall, saving as a pdf wasn't a problem.  It looks like the drivers have changed.

How do I save a multi-page scan as a single pdf?  Is there other software I need to download?

Please try this scan solution:

 

HP Scan Extended


For Windows:   ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi


Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"

 

Check all your settings and expand all tabs and all + signs to see all options that you want.
