Opend scanner and cannot complete overview because "scanner is busy"
Have installed most up to date drivers and smart scan. Still no scanner- from either printer or computer.
And now, also, there is *nothing* when I press print black or color.

Follow these steps to troubleshoot a scanner hardware failure as you describe:
