Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
For photos, the HP FULL software solution is able to Autocrop the photos and you can save it individually.
For PDF documents, the HP FULL software solution is able to scan and allow you to save each page as a PDF file (e,g, monthly utility bills statement)
Download and install the HP FULL software from this link:
