Product: HP Officejet 4650
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Unable to scan documents with HP Officejet 4650 to my laptop.  The computer is not finding the scanner, though they are connected via USB.  In print mode, the computer and printer work fine.

 

I've tried all the on-line HP support advice, nothing works.  The computer is just not connecting to the HP 4650 for scanning.  Please help.

HP Recommended

Forget using USB connection but switch to "WiFi/wireless" connection.   At least it worked for my apples' latesst OSX system.
