Dear,

For the past few days, I have been unable to scan. I receive the following message:

“HP Smart cannot scan from this printer. No scanner detected or HP Smart is not compatible with the scanner in this printer.”
“HP Smart can use the camera on your computer, if available, to scan documents or photos. You can also import files saved on your computer and convert them to PDFs.”

My PC and all drivers are fully up-to-date. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the printer software, reset the printer, and even restored it to factory settings. Additionally, I have used the HP Print & Scan Doctor and the HP online applications several times to troubleshoot. I have also gone through the "Virtual Assistant" and sent messages to the HP helpdesk via WhatsApp, but nothing has helped. I still cannot scan.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Sinds enkele dagen lukt het mij niet meer om te scannen. Ik krijg de volgende melding:

“HP Smart kan niet scannen vanaf deze printer. Er is geen scanner gedetecteerd of HP Smart is niet compatibel met de scanner in deze printer.”
“HP Smart kan de camera in uw computer gebruiken, indien beschikbaar, om documenten of foto’s te scannen. U kunt ook bestanden importeren die op uw computer zijn opgeslagen en deze converteren naar pdf’s.”

Mijn pc en alle drivers zijn volledig up-to-date. Ik heb de printersoftware al volledig verwijderd en opnieuw geïnstalleerd, de printer gereset en zelfs hersteld naar de fabrieksinstellingen. Daarnaast heb ik meerdere keren de HP Print & Scan Doctor en de HP online applicaties gebruikt om problemen op te lossen. Ik heb ook de “Virtuele Assistent” doorlopen en berichten gestuurd naar de HP helpdesk via WhatsApp, maar niets heeft geholpen. Ik kan nog steeds niet scannen.

Heeft iemand een idee hoe ik dit probleem kan oplossen?
