I have Hp M1212nf for many years without any problem. now when i scan doc from doc feeder, after printer pull all sheets i got 2 or 3 sheets scanned not all of them. does that mean that scanner light get old and need to replace. i updated printer driver and same problem

It could be the doc feeder separation system problem since it is used for many years. You can try to observe whether there are 2 sheets pull in together at the same time when you scan a stack of doc from it. If this is the case, you can try to clean the rollers as per the following youtube video clip (from 2:00 to 4:00)

Thank you CYChua, I check the docs feeder and sheets are pulled separately. but after run HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows now my scanner back working. thank you again for your post and sharing the video
