To help us determine whether the issue is related to the printer, computer, software, or network connection, could you please provide the following details:

  • The exact model of your HP printer.
  • The operating system installed on your computer (Windows or macOS).
  • Whether printing from the computer to the printer works correctly.
  • Any error messages displayed on the printer control panel or computer screen?
