macOS Ventura 13.2.1 (m1), HP LaserJet Professional M1132 MFP driver version 1.8

The scan in the preview shows the correct colors, but when I try to save the scanned document (in pdf format) it is covered with a green layer. The blue colors turn to red.

I don't know what could have happened to it, but it's always on the shelf, it was fine before.

It does not help at all, the instruction itself is meaningless and has nothing to do with solving the problem. I was able to scan in jpeg format, with normal colors, but I can't scan a pdf.

I suggest you reinstall the driver and connect the printer to check if that fixes the issue.

 

You can follow the steps under this link to uninstall.

 

Furthermore, you can reinstall using HP Smart App from this link.

HP Smart App can't see my printer, Reinstalling the driver did not help either

Почему нужно обязательно писать в личку?
В общем понятно - нужен сервисный центр. Искать кнопку "заполните форму чтобы связаться с нами" - бесполезно, там ее попросту нет, либо это бесконечный редирект на страницу "поддержки", где выбор только - форум или hp ink, дрова и другие "помощники" в виде софта.
Тема больше не актуальна ибо бесполезна.
