scan problem. scan to home says computer not listed. how to fix

My printer is working fine. The scan will scan, but goes to fax/scan folder. I always was able to scan to home to my doc file.

Now it won't scan to home, The printer has computer not listed checked. can anyone explain how to get this fixed? thank you

Welcome to HP forums, I see that youa re unable to scan to home folder on your computer, correct me if I am wrong.

Setup the scan to folder again

Use the Destination setting in HP Scan to set the Save To Folder location on your computer.

1. Search Windows for HP, and then select your printer.

   HP Printer Assistant opens.

2. Click Scan, and then click Scan a Document or Photo.

   HP Scan opens.

3. Select a shortcut, and then click Advanced Settings or More.

4. Click Destination, and then click Browse.

5. Select the folder in the Browse for Folder window, and then click OK.

6. Click OK or the Save icon  in the shortcut.

7. Repeat these steps for each scan shortcut.

Thank you Sandy, tried your steps, but didn't work. Always was able to put it in my  scan folder, now it goes to scan/fax.

This is HP Envy Photo 7155 and I don't even see a place for putting where it goes when scanned in the menu. I will keep

looking for a resolution and if I find one will let you know.  I appreciate your response, again thank you
