Har fått problem med att skanna. Det står att skanning till datorn är avaktiverat. Har kört igenom allt möjligt men det har inte löst sig. Scan doktor säger att skrivaren och skannern fungerar. Jag kan göra allt med skrivaren men inte skanna.

Started getting scanning problems. It says that scanning to your computer is disabled. Have run through everything possible but it has not resolved. Scan Doctor says the printer and scanner are working. I can do everything with the printer but not scan. Scanning with HP app is not possible.

Are you trying to scan from the printer screen using the 'scan to computer' option?
For this, a full-feature printer driver must be installed.
Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
Open the HP Printer Assistant by clicking on the printer icon from the desktop screen > Go to Scan > Manage Scan to computer > make sure it is enabled.
Try scanning from the printer screen.
Alternatively, use the HP Scan Extended app to scan and check if that helps.
Click here to download the app.
Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"

Hello Kumar and thanks for replying.
I have downloaded both HP full-featured driver and also the HP scan extended but the problem i still there. When the scanner was working i used to scan from the HP smart app from my computer and not from the screen on the printer. When i use the scan doctor it says that everything is working correct. I dont know what more to do. Have tested everything.

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Yes i tried but scanning from the Hp smart app on my Windows 10 PC is not work.
It looks like the problem is with the Hp smart app on my pc or some setting and the computer? But i have not changed anything in the app or on my computer and the printer/scanner has work for some time.

As you are able to make copies and scan from your iOS device, the printer is working fine, this seems like a software issue on the Win PC.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix scanning'.
If the issue persists, I think this issue needs some additional technical assistance that can be better provided through one-on-one interaction or a remote session with our HP Support team.
