Hello I have a hp color laser jet pro mfp m479fdw and cannot get it to scan to the computer in a pdf anymore from ADF still works from Glass. If i scan using a Computer scan program will work but not from the printer directly. I have attached a screenshot of HP smart settings. when we try to adjust ADF setting the PDF option disappears. Microsoft tells me this is a software issue. Any one help me on this ?
