Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium e-All-in-One - N911n

this is for the scan, to computer. i have a name that i do not recognized. it just started today to show up. all of my computers are off. how do i delete or get rid of this name? or do i have to do a fully setup again? meaning i have tried the reset and it is still there when i am not on my computers and they are off. like a factory setup again right from the box. please help me? i have sent an copy with an x on it and do not know where it went. can i find out where? gthanks
