Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dn Multifunction Printer

I have recently had issues using the scan to email function on my HP PageWide Pro 477dn MFP. It says when I go to scan that "username or password is incorrect. Make sure both user account and password are valid." I am not sure if this is because of a recent firmware update or a problem with the email... I have tried multiple things, trying to change settings in the EWS, factory reset. Could use some help! Thanks!
