scan to email using address book

HP 3301 Scanning to email trying to use address book.

As I proceed through the screens on the printer and get to the screen for the send-to address, the only option that shows up requires me to manually enter the entire address each time.  I have the desired address in the address book; however I find no way to access the address book from the printer screen.

The "address book" or "typed address" choice can be using the Embedded Web Server (EWS)

for Scan to Email.

EWS > Scan > Scan to Email -- Default Job Options

Section "Address Field Restrictions"

OR

Quick Sets > Edit / Create Scan "Email" Profile 

Setup Section ② - Email Addresses > Address Field Restrictions

EWS - Email Servers / Scan - Scan to Email (Default Job Options)

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

1)  Section General > Email Servers

2)  Section Scan > Scan to Email - Default Job Options

Quick Sets > Email

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Section Quick Sets > Select one of -- Add / Edit / Copy / Delete  > Quick Set Profile

Complete the steps to create / update the Profile
