scan to email

have hp envy printer...when i try to scan to email i get message that states  no connection

anyone know how to fix that?

HP service was not helpful

I understand you are trying to use the Scan to email feature on the printer screen. 

Did you make any changes to the settings? If not, wait for a couple of days, it might be an issue with the HP server.

Login to your associated webmail and check if it is working fine.

Perform the steps mentioned in this document. 

If the issue persists, to know how to setup and use this feature, refer to page 43 of the User Guide
