Il driver di installazione non funziona con Windows 11

Ciao,

Provate a installare il vostro scanner come segue:

1. Scarica il driver completo: HP Scanjet Full Feature Software and Driver.
2. Cliccate con il tasto destro su setup_full_N6310_14-5.exe e cliccate su Proprietà.
3. Clicca sulla scheda Compatibilità e poi spunta la casella Esegui questo programma in modalità compatibilità per:, nell'elenco a discesa seleziona Windows Vista.
4. Cliccate su Applica e OK.
5. Dopo di che, cliccate con il tasto destro su setup_full_N6310_14-5.exe, e poi su Run as administrator (Esegui come amministratore).
6. Segui le istruzioni sullo schermo per completare l'installazione del tuo scanner.

Try installing your scanner as follows:

1. Download the full driver: HP Scanjet Full Feature Software and Driver.
2. Right-click on setup_full_N6310_14-5.exe and click on Properties.
3. Click on the Compatibility tab, and then check the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box, in the drop-down list select Windows Vista.
4. Click on Apply and OK.
5. After that, right-click on setup_full_N6310_14-5.exe, and then on Run as administrator.
6. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation of your scanner.
