Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8720
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When I select scan to computer from the printer screen it says no computer found. tells me to make sure tha tthe scanning software has been instlled and configured on your computer. WIndows: Open the HP printer software select"Scanner Actions" and then select "Manage Scan to computer"  .

 

When I scan from computer to scanner it works fine but can not get it to scan from scanner to printer.  Any suggestions?  Thanks

Yes, you need to enable scan to computer from the printer's software.
