Product: hp deskjet f2400 printer scanner
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

The OS is updated toWindows 10. The CD provided withe printer scanner didnt work. 

 

the latest version of hp 2400 PRINTER SCANANNER  :  DJ_AIO_06_F2400_NonNet_Full_Win_WW_140_404-4  has been downloaded and installed.

 

However, the scanner option shows flatbed scnner and not giving the option of scanning pdf. Only showing the jpg, BMP, PNG TIFF option though we select document. Unable to edit the profile of printer also. The hp solution centre also not working 

 

Please suggest the steps to solve the issue

Hi,

Try installing and using HP Scan Extended instead, it will be installed under Start > HP > HP Scan Extended:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi
