Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.
HP Recommended

I a struggling to use my HP scanner.  It has detected the printer, downloaded software and installed, but when it does the set-up it takes quite a long time and when it reaches 99% an error message is displayed that says install operation took too long to execute.  This is a fatal error preventing product use.

I have restarted, done the whole thing again and I still get the same message.  Can some help please?

What operating system are you under? (e.g. Windows 10 or macOS 10.14)

In order to help you resolve this incident, please follow the instructions in the HP link 'Fatal Error' Displays During HP Software Installation (Windows).
