Product: HP Color LaserJet CM4540 MFP

Dear Forum Support,

 

We had an issue with HP Color LaserJet CM4540 MFP while scanning from Feeder getting error 30.01.08 Scanner Failure

 

The Device has detected a problem with the scanner Turn power Off then on.

 

We restarted and the scanner from feeder it works for some time and get same error again and again.

 

Please advice will be appreciated.
