hi there! i have a laser jet m1522n which was working perfectly. one day i thought i should install some software to use it on wifi. i installed some drivers from hp website after that printer is working but scanner is not. i have tried hp scan doctor, WIA restart, uninstalling and reinstalling the software. i have tried every soultion mentioned online but my scanner is not working. also i have tried copying it, it works when i copy something. when i try to scan something with computer it says "no scanners were detected." help me asap possible please

I've had a similar problem and inI not sure if you've tried it but I used the default universal pcl6 hp drivers then enabled the scanner function through the properties menu. Find the printer in printers and devices and  select Printer Preferences. Select the Advance, should be a list of features you can enable and change)
