Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

since the catalina upgrade cannot connect to the scanner on my 8710 nor 5740 scanner.

cann someone tell me how to reconnect?

Hi,

What application are you trying to scan from?

 

Be aware that HP Easy Scan is not currently supported on Catalina, try Image Capture instead:
