Hi @kush100,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

The HP Printer error message "-21345" indicates a failed connection to the printer, often during scanning or printing over a network. This error can be caused by network issues, software problems, or even the printer itself.

Here's a breakdown of troubleshooting steps:

1. Check Physical Connections:

  • Ensure the printer is properly connected to your computer via USB or network connection.
  • Verify that all cables are securely connected.

2. Restart Devices:

  • Restart both the printer and your computer.
  • If using a network printer, also restart your router.

3. Network Issues:

  • Make sure your printer is on the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
  • Check for a stable network connection.
  • If using a network printer, verify that the printer's IP address is correct.
  • Consider enabling IPv4 only for the printer.

4. Software Issues:

  • Update the printer driver and firmware.
  • Reinstall the printer driver software.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the printer queues.
  • Try using the HP Smart app for scanning.

5. Printer Reset:

  • Perform a hard reset of the printer (unplug the power cord for a few minutes).

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
