Hello. I have an Officejet 3833 that dosn't copy locally (from the printer's own menu), but everything works from a computer. It prints the ink level and demo pages just fine locally, but trying to do a copy results in a blank page.
I have tried doing a factory reset from menu and also checking for updates, but it was up to date already.
Reading from another thread, i found out there is a way to perform a "better" factory reset, but apparently it's confidental.
Is there something else i could try to fix this?
