Product: HP office jet pro 8710
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Just updated drivers for easy scan for Mac OS Catalina.  when I try to scan, it will not let me scan unless I use the feeder.  does not give me the option to put the scanned material on the glass surface.  Can't find anything in settings to change that.  any suggestions?

At the moment, Catalina is not fully compatible with HP Easy Scan.

 

Please, for now, use Apple Image Capture as the workaround:

HP is aware of the issue and will release a fix when it is available.
