i bought a printer Hp deskjet 2675 (wireless) ( but i have it plug to usb,) that i've been trying to scan a document but it's shows a failure message every time. I don 't know if might be a driver or what, It prints well but it's just the scan issue. I have tried unplug the printer wire. reset the computer . plug in the printer again , turn on the ptrinter and still the same

Hello, if this is still open, I'm having trouble using the online tools. I'm finding no drivers to download and the serial number of the printer is not being recognized in the online form. I would like some further assistance with this.... thank you.
