cannot scan , anyone know any software i can download  running Mac 10.7 Lion with envy 6220

Hi,

Your printer is supported on Mac OS X 10.10 or later versions, no software is provided for any earlier version:

You may try the 3rd party Vuescan application, I believe that should work with your scanner:
