Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A few days ago my printer stopped working. I reinstalled it and it now prints but the scanner will not work. This is a HP Envy 4500. How do I fix this issue?

@mludtke, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if  the scanner hardware is working fine.
