hello,

I'm trying to scan to my email. All works fine and the email actually arrives but NO attachment. please help. I'm working from home and HAVE to get documents scanned to an attorney asap!

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • Did any changes take place after which this issue may have started?
  • Is the scanning or document otherwise is working fine?
  • What is the size of the file you're trying to scan?
  • Is the printer able to scan to email another document?

hi,

1. no changes made

2.it works if I go to my printer prefs but not when I go to 'apps'-scan to email.

3. 1-10 pages max

4. its inconsistent. Sometimes the  attachment shows up and sometimes not. I perform all the same actions.

Is the size of the attachment less than 5 MB or more?

 

Also, try scanning to a different email and check.
