I have an HP9130e All-In-One Printer and we do a lot of scanning which is less than 3 months old. if we use the ADF with anything more than 2 sheets and it jams up. our old HP could cope with staples removed, folded letters flattened out but this much "better" all in one seems to be incredibly  sensitive making me think either the scanner is faulty or have a just bought the wrong model as, it wastes a huge amount of time.

 

we use the HP app and then scan to PDF to save letters as PDF.

 

very disappointed but i see there might be some work arounds in other threads - the instructions for which i was completely unable to follow. i'm not tech phobic as i am always willing to try and fix it. i'm tech allergic in that the "simple" fixes never seem to quite apply to me and so give up. unfortunately, i think i have owned this for too long to be able to send it back as faulty or unacceptable goods.
