Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been using my HP computer and HP printer just fine for years.  all of the sudden, the printer sometimes can find my computer, and sometimes not.  It will not scan to the computer for some reason.  I did not do anything to make this change, so I have no idea what the issue is.

Can you assist me?

I have a similar issue. I'm not able to scan to a network folder; I get a credentials error. I believe it has to do with how I sign in on my computer. I created a local user for my computer, and scanning to the network folder works.  In fact, I removed 2-factor authentication for the main user and changed to just signing in with a password instead of Hello.  Before doing these two things I reset the password and removed the App password and created a new App password, but that still did not work.  This all started because I installed a new SSD drive on my computer; therefore, the printer had to be reinstalled and the folder re-shared. Maybe try creating a new local user account for your computer to see if scan to computer works.  Provided you are using 2-factor and signing in with a Microsoft account.
