HP Solution Center doesn't work anymore on my pc. Reinstalling first seems to be ok. But when i try to open the program i get the message that the installation hasn't be finished. So and how do I scan now?????

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Can you try this standalone software (may or may not work)

 

HP Scan Extended

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi

Once it's downloaded and installed, go to Start > All Programs > HP > HP Scan Extended > Run "HP Scan Extended"

 

Else consider this 3rd party software (VueScan):

HP Scan Extended

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi
