For over a month I have reviewed and tried several solutions suggested for HP Officejet Pro 8740 all in one not recognizing my mac. It use to work perfectly but they I upgraded to mac os sonoma 14.0 and the printer does not list  my mac anymore. They said to try uninstalling and reinstalling printer and software--nothing worked. They said to download hp Smart and I can scan to mac but I still can't scan from the display on my printer. 

I wish HP would come up with a solution to this problem because I am not the only one who is having it.
