Product: Office Jet Pro 9010

Hi I have an Office Jet Pro 9010, i use it to scan documents which I upload as PDF files onto an IT platform operated by the UK Government. They will not accept them because they saythey look as if they are Zoomed and sure enough when I look at teh file as stored on their platform th print on the document is huge.

 

Is there a setting on the printer scanner I can change?
