Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So 3 weeks to a month ago I could scan to email. It initially gave me a password to use to get to my email and when I verified it, it worked. I did this also with my sons email (also he had a passcode I had to put in from his email and did so and it worked)

Now it is NOT working any longer, but scan STILL works, it is not working to scan to email though. It says the following:

"Server problem"

The printer could not connect to the Web Services. The server might be busy or temporarily unavailable. Try again Later."

but it has now been 3 weeks to a month and I still can not scan to email anymore. I can't think of what could be the problem here. It worked fine before. Did HP drop this service all of a sudden?

How do I get web services back? It won't let me do anything without popping up with that error message. I have tried shutting down printer, turning back on, same with computer. Nothing. I tried calling and they remotely TRIED to help (so they said) but it didn't help at all. I"m at a loss, it is frustrating. Please help thank you

Just in case anyone else had this problem, it was fixed by HP tech support. Go to webservices and re-do it all over again, disconnect web services and do it over. Just make sure if you have instant ink you call HP to get it restarted again as it sometimes wipes out your account.

Appreciate that this was solved by HP but where/how do I go to "webservices" and what exactly do I "re-do all over again?"
