I can no longer scan to my MacBook Air since I have the latest version of Catalina. I have attained a web-based connection. Every time I attempt to access and enter my printer claim code Hp will not accept my log in credentials. I have been going back and forth attempting to log to hpconnected.com. Is there a telephone number to call Hp support? The virtual chats really don't address the problem
